All cakes are shipped with EXTRA care, using packing peanuts to ensure cake does
not move. Any items that are breakable (ex. cake top frame) will be packed separately in a bubble mailer and you will need
to place it on the cake.
Since all Diaper Cakes are made to order, Please allow 3-5 days for item(s) to be shipped out after payment
is received & cleared. Once item is shipped please allow 2-3 days for shipment to arrive. We
ship Priority Mail ONLY! If Express is needed, please email us prior to purchase and if
it is possible, we will accomodate your request. We ship only to United States.
For
your protection, insurance is required, (included in S&H Price) to cover your item(s).
Shipping includes handling, packaging & Insurance fees.

Local Pick-Up-No charge
There is no charge if you come and pick your items up. For Pick Up appointments, please call
860-202-3246. CT Resident Pick Ups will take place in Vernon, CT. You will be informed of address at the time the
appointment is booked. If you need to cancel your Pick Up appointment, it must be done 24 hrs in advance. If it is not
canceled within 24 hrs of your Pick Up time, there will be a $5.00 cancelation fee applied. Please see below for Days &
Times Local Pickups are available.
MA Residents: Tuesday & Thursdays Only! 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
CT Residents: Monday & Wednesday Only! 12:00p.m.-3:00p.m.
Delivery-(Fee of $8.50)
Delivery by appointment only! Please call 860-202-3246 for appointments. Appointments can
be made between 10am & 3pm. Cancelations must be made 24 hrs in advance. If not canceled 24 hrs in advance, we will show
up at your door. If you are not there to receive item(s), we leave and a charge of $5.00 will be added to your bill. WE DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
